Duties & Responsibilities
POSITION TASKS: The incumbent will inter alia be responsible for the following: Equipment Operations and Control
• Inspect, repair and maintain assets, equipment and surrounding infrastructure
• Assist Master Fitter with conducting condition monitoring, testing, fault finding and problem solving
• Adhere to planned maintenance schedules
• Assume responsibility for maintenance and new installations and maintain records
• Maintain conveying systems and cutting systems
• Support maintenance jobs of support personnel
• Perform maintenance during breakdowns and shutdowns Inspection and Control
• Inspect all tools, equipment and instruments prior to use
• Inspect all vehicles, machines and mechanical equipment to identify defects
• Report defects immediately
• Carry out inspection according to a specific schedule to repair identified defects Material/Resource Planning and Control
• Adhere to planned maintenance schedules
• Use available resources, both people and equipment optimally
• Assume responsibility for quality of maintenance and new installations in functional area

Duties & Responsibilities

Talent Administration Provide all recruitment administration support ? Qualifications and experience
:
A degree in Anatomy or Biological Anthropology with an appropriate MSc degree or an MSc/PhD is required. Experience in teaching in a Health Sciences context is essential. A proven track record in research will be an advantage.
