Have you completed the Learner Basic Pharmacist Assistant Programme? Are you passionate about healthcare and delivering superior patient care? Clicks has an exciting opportunity available to complete the Learner Post Basic Learnership Programme to qualify as a Pharmacist Assistant. The position reports to the Pharmacy Manager.
Job description
Learnership Programme:
- Successfully complete a Further Education and Training Certificate: Pharmacist Assistance (Learner Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant) through the accredited Pharmacy Healthcare Academy
- A structured learning programme that consists of a theoretical and practical component and that leads to a qualification that is registered on the National Qualification Framework (NQF)
As a Learner on this programme you will be required to meet the following objectives:
- Successfully complete the Learnership Training Contract at a registered Clicks Pharmacy and under an approved tutor
- Attend the required training interventions and successfully complete the competency assessments
- Submit a Portfolio of Evidence
- Provide support to the healthcare team in one of the Click’s Pharmacies under the supervision of a registered Pharmacist and within the legal scope of practice as outlined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)

- Successful applicants will be required to enter into a work back agreement and will be required to work for Clicks as a qualified Pharmacist Assistant for a period equal to the length of the learnership period as a minimum

Job Description
Senior Learning Specialist to support development and implementation of Absa’s Learning frameworks, strategies, policies and standards. They will drive embedding of Absa’s target learning experience across the Corporate and Investment Bank providing Subject Matter Expertise to business and HR stakeholders. Will be accountable for the group learning curriculum, capability building and stakeholder relationships. At least 3 years recent experience as a Senior Specialist in a Learning Function in a large complex organization or working as a Learning Senior Specialist in a top consultancy . A successful track record of supporting development of successful management, technical and cultural learning solutions using a variety of learning solutions including formal learning programmes, on-the-job learning experiences and exposure.

Qualifications:

- N2 or higher with all subjects as per the specific Discipline Requirements or

Trade Test Requirements
- A minimum of N2 Subjects/ certificate with applicable subjects for the relevant trade as specified

- Industrial Electronics, or Engineering Drawings or Plating Structural Drawings
