Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Analyst – Finance, to join the CCBA Information Technology team. The successful applicant will be reporting into the Digital Solutions Manager – Finance. This will require deep interactions with all IT functions to establish the routines and governance of IT as well as to pull together a holistic IT strategy that feeds our business plan and budget.

The key purpose of this role is to manage the business engagement, requirement documentation, design, configuration and testing of finance systems requirements for CCBA.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Engaging with key stakeholders in business, to understand requirements for new IT systems or enhancement of existing systems
Documenting the IT systems requirements, from business requirements
Managing requirements through the demand process (requirements definition, high level design, costing, planning, and resourcing)
Owns end to end solution designs for the domain as well as ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions to meet business requirements
Define company design standards and guidelines and enforce technical/development implementation standards to ensure the sustainability, supportability, and maintainability of implemented solutions
Ensure continuous innovation in the domain to ensure evolving business requirements can be delivered through IT solutions
Ensure all IT designs are documented and signed off as per company and domain specific standards
Ensure that all documentation is up to date and stored in the prescribed repository
Work with business to close out gaps in business requirements to ensure the scope of the requirements are fully document and included in the end-to-end solution design
Drive the accurate planning and budgeting of new or enhanced systems implementations through accurate conceptual designs and cross functional engagement in the upfront project planning and budgeting process
Assist in the selection of appropriate outsource vendors through defined RFP processes
Work with vendors to drive quality solution designs that align to solution architecture, domain architecture standards as well as industry best practice
Quality review and sign off all vendor design, build and testing deliverables
Work with vendors to close gaps in quality or compliance
Monitor vendor delivery throughout the SDLC
Engage and work with architects, digital analysts, and vendors to ensure end to end solution designs meet requirements from business
Ensure that the infrastructure needs are understood, included in the overall design, and are incorporated into the project plan and budget through working with the infrastructure teams
Work with infrastructure teams and vendors to ensure application solution delivery and prerequisite infrastructure delivery are accordingly aligned
Work with project managers and business in defining achievable implementation plans for the delivery of IT initiatives
Ensuring compliance to the project methodology in the solution design, build, testing and deploy phases
Providing regular project feedback and status reporting, and raising and resolving project risks and issues Supporting migrations plans and heat maps for all redundant, or non-compliant applications
Takes end to end accountability for setting and maintaining designs for relevant applications
Testing system functionality to ensure system meets business requirements and complies to agreed design Ensuring the configuration of system is fully understood, as input into solution design and support for application support
When required proficient in completing application configuration
Support the technical deployment of systems through QA and production
Providing post go-live support

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications:
BSc/ BCom Information systems degree or relevant

Other Certification (preferable):
SAP Finance Modules
D365 F&O for Finance Modules
Proficient in using business tools (MS projects, MS Word, MS Excel)

Experience:
Excellent track record and experience (at least 5 years) in a previous analyst, finance or designer role
Broad cross platform experience across a range of SAP Modules or D365 F&O
At least 5 significant SAP or D365 project implementations
At least 3 years’ experience in managing delivery through vendors
Solid understanding and experience in applying industry best practice across and application design/ development standards
Broad knowledge of CCBA end to end business processes and policies
5+ Working experience in any relevant systems environment with system integration knowledge

Parts Incorporated Africa is searching for a General Worker to join the Branch in Nelspruit. To perform general warehouse duties such as stock taking, binning, picking, packing, checking, moving stock, and ensuring that the warehouse is always clean.

Position Overview

Specific Role Responsibilities

Binning

  • Ensure the binning of incoming merchandise and the replenishment of inventory from bulk to pick locations is performed as per standard operating procedures and requirements
  • Ensure new products are allocated with bin location numbers in the correct warehouse area
  • Ensure bins are updated and stock allocated to new bin locations are reported to you superior and updated
  • Assist in replenishment functions
  • Ensure all incoming goods are received and checked as per company standards

Picking

  • Ensure picking of customer and branch orders are being picked timorously to meet order cut off times
  • Ensure picking from bulk locations are only done as alternative bin when stock is depleted and not replenished in the picking phase or when picking bulk orders to prevent the breakage of pack sizes
  • Carry out all reasonable and lawful instruction relating to work given to you by your superior
  • Follow all relevant procedures to increase efficient customer satisfaction
  • Assist in stock take procedures
  • Ensure housekeeping is done daily
  • Ensure double checks are done to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and to prevent loss of inventory
  • Ensure set standard operational targets are achieved consistently

Scanner Control

  • Issue scanners to all operators daily.
  • Book out scanners on the electronic app.
  • Receive scanners back from operators, inspect scanner for damage and book back into stock on the electronic app.
  • Report any damage to the supervisor
  • Complete the daily scanner issue spreadsheet

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12, Literacy and Numeracy equivalent
  • At least 3 Years in a warehouse and or logistics environment- Desirable
  • Spares/Motor/Engine parts knowledge, warehouse systems and procedures

  • Must be efficient, accurate, focused and attention to detail
  • Must have numeracy and literacy skills
